Policies

We know you will be pleased with the gentle care and personalized service that you will be receiving. By working together, we can achieve the results we all desire. To help ensure this, we have developed the following office policies:

1. We rarely run late, so please arrive five minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
2. When you arrive, please sign in and make yourself comfortable.
3. When an appointment is made, that time is reserved for only you. Therefore, when you cancel, or simply do not show up, time and money are lost. You can preclude this from happening by keeping appointments that have been conveniently scheduled and confirmed.
4. If it is absolutely necessary to cancel your appointment, please give us a 24-hour notice. Appointments broken within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a $35.00 service charge.
5. There will be a $35.00 charge for all no-shows.
6. Payment is due when services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made. If we will be filing insurance for you, your patient share is due at time of service. You are financially responsible for all charges whether or not paid by insurance.
7. After 30 days, we may change interest on any unpaid balance.
8. Returned check policy: California Civil Code Chapter 522-1799 allows our office to charge up to 3 times the amount of the check amount.
